CliftonStrengths Results
®
While I've been told that I'm a unique individual before, I apparently happen to be 1 in 33 million based on my strengths in this exact order as per Gallup. Below is a summary of my results and what each strength's implications are in my work as reported by Gallup.
1. Deliberative
I am thorough and conscientious. Through my natural anticipation and careful thought process, I know how to reduce risks and prevent problems from arising. In my interactions with others, I prefer to do a lot of listening and withhold judgment until I've heard all the facts. This gives me a trustworthiness and a reputation as an impartial straight-talker.
3. Maximizer
My focus on quality, and I prefer working with and for the best. By seeing what each person naturally does best and empowering them to do it, I make individuals, teams and groups better. I am never satisfied with "good enough" and, as a result, I hold yourself and others to the highest standard. I require excellence — not being average.
5. Relator
I naturally form genuine and mutually rewarding one-on-one relationships. My authenticity allows me to build close, long-lasting connections that foster trust and confidence. Because I value authentic relationships, others feel valued when in my presence.
2. Strategic
I quickly weigh alternative paths and determine the best one. My natural ability to anticipate, play out different scenarios and plan ahead makes me an agile decision-maker. My ability to see alternatives gives me a persistence that creates confidence.

4. Individualization
I notice and appreciate each person's unique characteristics, and I don't treat everyone the same. Because I can see what makes each individual unique, I know how to bring out their best. I am intuitive about people and notice slight shifts in body language, tone of voice and facial expressions. This allows me to tailor my message and individualize my delivery for maximum receptivity.
