Assessment: Service Evaluation Survey

In line with my love for evaluation data, assessment and feedback, I led the University of Minnesota's Career and Internship office's revamp of our service evaluation in the short period of 2 months. I developed the new service evaluation form in line with surveying best practices to help us collect data that would not only help us gain feedback but also gauge the overall effectiveness of our services to make a business case for continuing our services. One of the biggest successes was that we were able to gain 40% responses from our students from the previous year even though the survey was distributed during finals week due to the unique raffle prize incentives I ideated.

After collecting the data, I was also able to create personalized reports that were used to provide individualized feedback to career coaches on their effectiveness to inform their practice moving forward. I was also able to show a strong relationship between how the CIS office was able to directly contribute to student success markers such as retention and welcomeness.
