Career Advising: Interviewing 101

I designed this lecture as the co-instructor for U of M's CDes 3201: Career and Internship Planning course to help students prepare for the interview process and then lead them through group small interviews the following week where I provided them with real-time feedback and helped them master the STAR technique.
