Career Advising: Workplace Respect

Through this lecture for U of M's CDes 3201: Career and Internship Planning, I taught students helpful personal strategies and advice as they navigate workplace culture and power dynamics. I'm a big proponent of self-advocacy and wanted to create a space where students could explore what this looks like in the workplace so that they can set boundaries and stand up for themselves in a professional setting.
